Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status.
A) We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days, so please remember to enjoy the sunshine even there's a day or two difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong. If customs duties are involved, the bearer is the recipient.

Items must be in original condition or at the same condition as that you receive. Damaged,non-original tags or missing products for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.
You can contact us and send us photos for verification and we will resend the correct products. You do not need to return the products.
Email us (service@shekiniclothing.com) with your order number and detailed exchange or refund request. Please provide a picture of the problem if possible.
Step 2. Return Request ApprovedOnce we receive your return request, we will check it and send the return address so that you can send the items back.
Step 3. Return Items Received
Once we receive your return item, we will give it a quick check and if the items is as its original condition, we will deliver the replacement or issue the refund right away within 3 work days.
Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account – Paypal or credit card. Paypal refunds will be issued immediately while credit cards make take 5-7 business days to process.
